In 2021, Puzzlewood aimed to enhance customer booking procedures by exploring online booking options. Traditionally, the majority of payments were received in cash through the charity box. However, the need for better crowd control and spacing became evident due to challenges related to unpredictable arrival times. This led to the decision to implement an online booking system, with BookingHound chosen as the preferred solution after extensive research.
