CANCELLATION POLICY
A) Cancellations or changes by customer:
Should you need to cancel or change the date of your session, please get in touch as soon as possible. The following scale of charges applies for cancellations:
• Cancellation 30 days or more before the session– 100% of the amount refunded
• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the session–50% of the amount refunded
• Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the session– 25% of the amount refunded
• Cancellation of fewer than 7 days before the session – no amount refunded
Please note that wetsuit hire costs are not refundable at any time If you wish to change your booking to a different date, this will be made subject to availability. A credit note may also be offered.
B) Cancellation or changes by Padlo SUP:
Every attempt will be made to ensure sessions run as scheduled. However, Padlo SUP reserves the right to:
1- Cancel due to unsuitable conditions, forecast or weather conditions, or due to any other factors beyond its control which include illness and health of the instructor. All parties need to be aware that these variables can result in the sessions having to be canceled for safety reasons close to, or even on, the day of the session.
2- Padlo SUP will endeavor to offer an alternative date or credit note to the customer
