About Writtle Sunflowers
A family-run pop-up PYO sunflower field in the Essex countryside, part of our working family farm, running for over 20 years. Booking Policy
- Tickets are valid for the date and time stated. Exchanges may be made up to 48 hours before the booking, contact writtletickets@beyonk.com
- Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- Writtle Sunflowers reserves the right to cancel a planned open day due to extreme weather. Please refer to social media and check emails for weather updates/ cancellations before travelling.
- Flowers are planted in batches so the whole field is never in bloom at once. Some areas may be yet to come out, some may be past their peak. Writtle Sunflowers cannot guarantee the number or condition of any flowers at any one time, or availability for picking.
- All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised at all times. There is an unfenced pond beyond the maze.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or BBQs onto the field or car park.
- Visitors are reminded that we are a working farm and operate in a field. The ground can be uneven, wear suitable footwear for weather conditions and watch out for dangers
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and mess taken home with you.
- Writtle Sunflowers cannot accept responsibility for personal injury or damage to belongings during your visit
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and all belongings brought onto the farm by visitors are at their own risk
- Writtle Sunflowers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time
- The purchase and use of tickets will constitute acceptance of these conditions by the purchaser and holder
- If under exceptional circumstances tickets are refunded to the customer a £2 admin fee per booking will be applied
Cancellation Policy
Custom Policy
- Your ticket is only valid for the session that you have purchased and cannot be used for any other session.
- Please bring along your confirmation with you on the day either on your smartphone or printed out. We must keep control of the number of people on the farm at any time so you will need a ticket for every member of your group over the age of 2.
- Your ticket is for arrival time only. Once admitted, you are welcome to stay for as long as you like until our gates close.
- We reserve the right to cancel an event. In the event of an event cancellation by the host, you will be emailed and will receive a refund in full. Refunds are only offered if we have to close due to severe weather. Please check emails and social media before travelling for updates
- Tickets are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a voucher or a different session up to 48 hours before your booking. Please contact writtletickets@beyonk.com for all exchange queries
