Therefore, we have formulated the following cancellation policy for our boat trips: 1. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure will be eligible for a full refund. 2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to inform us of any cancellations as soon as possible to allow us to reschedule or accommodate other customers. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the booking process. Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to cancel a trip. In such cases, customers will be provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
