Booking Policy

TENNIS BREAKS LTD BOOKING CONDITIONS Your booking is with Tennis Breaks Ltd, 13 King Charles Walk, LONDON, SW19 6JA. Company registration number 08075196 TENNIS HOLIDAY BOOKING 

a. A booking will exist as soon as we issue our booking confirmation email. This booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. We recommend that as a condition of booking with us that you and all members of your party are adequately insured on holiday.

 

b. When you make your booking you must pay us a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 8 weeks before your departure date, unless otherwise noted. 

c. We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown on our website. You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.



d. You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as follows: If cancelled more than 8 weeks before the start of your tennis holiday the cancellation charge equals the deposit and if cancelled less than 8 weeks before the start of your tennis holiday 100% of the tennis holiday cost. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

 

e. If you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. You will be asked to pay an administration charge of £20 per booking, and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. Certain travel arrangements may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.

f. You may be able to transfer your booking to another person who satisfies all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing at least 7 days before departure. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.

g. If the number of people on a booking changes, the holiday price will be recalculated on the basis of the amended party size and you will need to pay any difference in the holiday price. Note: any resulting increase in the holiday price per person is not a cancellation charge.

h. We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will not cancel less than 4 weeks before your departure date, except for unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or failure by you to pay the final balance, or because the minimum number required for the package to go ahead has not been reached. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances means a situation beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. If we cancel your tennis holiday we will propose you an alternative holiday of comparable standard from us at a later date.

i. We reserve the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveller whose health or actions in our sole judgement impede the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travellers.

j. Bookings are made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. 2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY

a. To be eligible to take a Tennis Breaks tennis holiday, travellers must accept these risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, theft, death or damage to them, their family or their dependents arising in connection with their participation, or the participation of their family, in the trips. It is the traveller’s responsibility to have their own insurance appropriate to their needs and the needs of their family or dependents in respect of such loss, injury, death or damage.
b. Tennis Breaks will not be liable for any act or omission of any independent supplier or any unrelated third party. The services provided by independent suppliers are subject to the laws of the place where the services are provided, and any conditions imposed by those suppliers.
c. The cost of all Tennis Breaks trips is based on travellers agreeing to this Limitation of Liability, Release and Indemnity. In consideration for participating in the trips, travellers agree not to sue Tennis Breaks in respect of, and forever release them from, all liability for economic loss and physical or mental injury, direct or indirect, arising in connection with the trip – including, without limitation, permanent disability and death; any emotional distress; any loss of services, financial support, aid, consortium or companionship; and any damage to or loss of property – in each case even if caused in whole or in part by the conduct, including the negligence, of Tennis Breaks Ltd.
d. Travellers agree that Tennis Breaks, or their designate, may use any photographic or film records of the vacations for promotional and/or commercial purposes, without any remuneration to the traveller. The traveller agrees to assign to Tennis Breaks all right, title and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used.
e. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements: Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
