We are a small family run Alpaca Experience company based just outside Chester city centre We are located in the grounds of The Chester Fields Country Pub and Restaurant CH2 4JR
Booking Policy
You should receive a confirmation email of your booking once online payment is made on our booking systemCancellation and Rescheduling : We operate a 48hr notice to cancel and reschedule policy. No refunds will be given a voucher will be issued if no date decided to reschedule to.

If you fail to turn up on time for your experience we may have to shorten or cancel your experience without any refund as other people may be booked on the same experience.
If you fail to show for your booking without cancelling will result in your booking being lost and no refund or voucher will be issued.
If you have any medical conditions it is your responsibility to make sure you are you are fit to take part. If in doubt consult with your doctor.
If you are a parent or carer it is your responsibility to make sure they are fit for the experience.
We reserve the right cancel or move your booking if we deem the weather is unsafe for our animals, staff and customers to go out in severe weather such as storms, extreme heat and flooding of our trail. We still go ahead with our experiences in the rain and is not a reason to cancel.
