b. Wing Introduction: - Introduction to wing parts and basic adjustments. 
2\\. Basics and Safety (30 minutes)

a. Getting On and Off: - Safe techniques for mounting and dismounting. 
b. Carrying Equipment: - Proper handling in water and on land.

3\\. Moving Across the Wind (30 minutes)
a. Board Positioning: - Positioning for moving across the wind (beam reaches). 
b. Turning Technique: - Basic turning while moving across the wind.

4\\. Static Turns (30 minutes)
a. Understanding Static Turns: - Explanation and demonstration.
