Coaching on technique and movement

Day 1

Day one will be an opportunity to get out and get on the rock and see where we're at, build on what we need to implement to our climbing whether it be movement coaching, rope work or stance management.

Day 2

Day two will be building upon what we have learned on day one and apply a progressive approach to getting our skills into the long term memory. The nuts and bolts of this day will be decided by what we get up to on day one.
