Highlights

Come and walk one of our wonderful Alapca in the Upper North Tyne Valley situated in the Northumberland National park. The beautiful countryside is within sight of the Kielder Dam just outside the village of Falstone, close to Bellingham. 
​Group Walks; A walk will start with a safety introduction then an introduction to the  Females of our herd and some hand feeding. After a short chat about the walking boys will be walked on a lead for approximately an hour roughly 1 1/2 miles. The walk will take place at a relaxing therapeutic “Alpaca Pace”. Walks are carried out in small groups of no more than 8 animals. However we do not walk unless there are at least two alpacas as they are herd animals, in the event there is only one customer booked we may contact you to cancel/reschedule.
Private Walks for groups can also be booked Cost 5 Alpacas minimum please use the contact us from our website to book dates are limited and not shown on the schedule on line.
Gift Vouchers  are available for your family and friends to book a walk at a time to suit them, please purchase in multiples of £25.  Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. If you are lucky enough to have one of our "post card" type vouchers, please look at the calendar for availability then contact us to book the space.
Booking is essential, as availability is limited. 
Children 10 - 16 must be in the company of a responsible adult and walk their own alpaca. 
Children 6 - 9 may walk the alpaca, but must be closely supervised by a dedicated adult. 
Not suitable for children under 6.
Our insurance does not allow additional people to remain on our farm while the alpaca walk takes place.
Group Walks begin at 10.30 am however for private walks other times may be arranged. 
It is normally expected that each person over 10 will walk their own alpaca, to keep the experience small and personal, We do not allow walk along's. However exceptions will be made in the case of disability. ​ Please notify us of any hidden disabilities when booking.
Dogs are not allowed however for those with Blind / Medical assistance dogs please contact us to discuss. 
Those traveling with dogs may leave them in our kennel during the walk please contact us to discuss, this is not suitable for very small dogs due to bar spacing. 
Alpaca are sensitive animals and can be spooked by loud noise or fast erratic movement please be respectful to the animals. The walk is on undulating farm land, please wear suitable footwear and clothing.
Special Occasions Our Alpacas are also available for outside events such as weddings, proposals and hen parties. Each event we attend is bespoke so please contact us for a quotation.
