This course is the perfect opportunity for anyone to have a go at this fast-growing sport. The 1 hour course which includes changing and an onshore briefing (to maximise time we therefore suggest arriving 10 minutes before to change).

- Equipment All SUP equipment provided including paddleboard, paddle, leash, buoyancy aid and wetsuit if you wish for one.
What's included
- Waterproofs Clothing that they are able to swim in if necessary. A possible change of dry clothes. Towel. Water shoes and accessories if wanted.

- Drink During physical activity and in the sun and heat, water or suitable drinks should be brought with you.
- Other Towel. Wetsuit gloves and boots if wish.Suncream. Sun protection.
