Coasteering is an activity suitable for everyone, no previous experience necessary. Our experienced guides will lead you around the stunning Gower coastline, where you will explore the coastal environment in a unique and exhilarating way. A typical session involves swimming, scrambling, low level traversing, cave exploration and cliff jumping. The ability to swim is helpful, but there are no long-distance swims to navigate. The duration of the activity is usually 3-4 hours, but that does vary depending on ability and weather conditions on the day. 

You can book onto one of our open sessions as an individual, pairs, or as a group. Please note the dates and start times below.
