Security; There will be stewards on site to check you in. Security will also be conducting random bag searches and pat downs. Search dogs will also be in operation.

Food & Drink; Picnics are welcome to let you enjoy they evening. Alcohol is permitted but there are limitations on amounts. 1 bottle of wine, 4 cans of beer/ cider or premixed canned drinks. Neat spirits are not permitted along with steel knives. All soft drinks must be in sealed cans or bottles. You will be issued with a bag on arrival, please put all rubbish in this and take as much home with you as possible. Thank you.

Seating; There will be a few straw bales for seating but these will be limited, please bring camping chairs and picnic blankets.

Gazebos; Gazebos are NOT allowed, however wind breaks and umbrellas are just be mindful not to block peoples view who are seated behind you.

Smoking & vaping; Bowthorpe Park Farm is a NO smoking & vaping site.

Pets; Pets are NOT allowed, only well behaved assistance dogs.

Disabled Facilities; There are disabled toilets on site and disabled parking for blue badge holder, please make sure your blue badge is visible.  

Parking; There will be parking available on site. There is a Parking fee that must be purchased when buying your tickets. Parking will be NOT be accessible from the main entrance, please follow the road signs. Any vehicles left overnight will be done so at your own risk and must be collected by 6pm the following day or extra charges may be added. 

Taxis, drop off & pick up; Please arrange any taxi transportation yourself before the event as available taxis can NOT be guaranteed. A taxi drop off & collection will be in the main car park meaning that you will not have to walk very far. Please get your taxi driver to follow the road signs.

First Aid; There will be first aid personnel on site, they will be located near the entrance.

Tickets; Tickets will be emailed to you once purchased, there is no need to print them off we can scan the qr code off your phone. Please have this ready on arrival to speed up entrance times. You will not be permitted entry without a ticket, there will be no tickets available on the gate all tickets must be purchased online. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Weather; Please keep an eye on the weather to know if you need sunscreen or a jumper.

Prohibited Items; 
Professional filming equipment is prohibited. photos for personal use is allowed but digital cameras with detachable lenses, (professional equipment) is not.
Naked frames, tea lights, disposable BBQ, flaming torches.
Drones.
Fireworks, sparklers, Chinese lanterns.
Only domestic plastic knives are permitted.
We have a zero drugs policy and drug dogs will be in operation throughout the evening over the whole site.
