Here at South Wales Adventure Company, we hire out family friendly canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards from our centre Ty Banc Cottage on the Neath Canal in Resolven. It’s a great place for beginners and experts alike, offering a gentle, relaxing trip along this historical waterway. The hire is for 1 hour, and start times are 10am, midday and 2pm on weekends and School holidays from the beginning of the Easter Holidays.

What's included?
Canoe Hire
Capacity: 3 persons (2 adults and 1 small child maximum), minimum age 4, canoe, paddles & buoyancy aids

Single Kayak Hire
Capacity: 1 person, minimum age 7, kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid & helmet (if required)

Double Kayak Hire
Capacity: 2 persons, minimum age 4, kayak, paddles, buoyancy aids & helmets (if required)

Stand-Up Paddleboard Hire
Capacity: 1 person, minimum age 7, board, paddle, buoyancy aid, leash & helmet (if required)

Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult on the water or along the towpath.
