Paddle boarding has become the most popular water based sport in the world. Originating from Hawaii in the 1940 allowing instructors to easily watch there students by standing on there surf-boards. 

Today paddle boarding (also known as SUP’s) are used all along the coast as a way to access the water by lots of different people to explore the coastline.  

A fun activity all the family can try and enjoy together. You can try and see who can balance on the board the longest? Who can win in a race ? or just cruise and chill as you paddle along the coast.
