What you'll need

Warm Clothing Kayaking can take place all year round, a coat or jumper may be wanted, even on top of the wetsuit for windproofing.
Waterproofs Clothing that they are able to swim in if necessary. A possible change of dry clothes. Towel. Water shoes and accessories if wanted.
Drink During physical activity and in the sun and heat, water or suitable drinks should be brought with you.
